Voter Information

  • Any resident who is not currently registered to vote may do so in the Administration Building between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on business days prior to June 24, 2024. Additionally, the District’s Board of Registration will be available from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on June 24, 2024 to assist any person who would like to register to vote. Any person who has previously voted in an annual election of the School District or is already registered to vote in general elections with the Westchester County Board of Elections does not have to register again with the District.

    In order to register, qualified voters must be (1) at least 18 years old; (2) a United States citizen; and (3) a current resident of the Rye Neck District for at least 30 days.

    Absentee Ballot Application

    If the absentee ballot is to be mailed to the applicant, the completed application must be received by the District Clerk not later than 7 days before the election.  Otherwise, the application may be personally delivered to the District Clerk not later than the day before the election.  Completed absentee ballots must be received by the District Clerk by 5 p.m. on the day of the election in order to be canvassed.
